What are you building and who benefits most from it?

We are building Zeew.eu, a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses build hyper-local marketplaces that include ordering apps, logistics, and analytics. We mainly help entrepreneurs and companies tap into the delivery space without the hassle of building any tech. We have it all covered; there’s no need for coding experience, just a drag-and-drop kind of system where you can build whatever marketplace you want within minutes and go live.

What has been the biggest challenge so far and how did you overcome it?

Our main focus has always been building a strong tech platform, a scalable and robust off-shelf solution that can be used out of the box by our clients. We solved this problem by listening to our customers and fixing their pain points. Over the period of five years, we have built a robust platform that can accommodate and launch big delivery companies with thousands of users and sustain any kind of growth for our clients.

What tool or app could you not live without and why?

We couldn’t live without Atlassian products such as Jira, which helps us manage our workflow, client requests, tracking issues, and more.

What marketing strategies have worked for you?

182 founders interviewed so far. Get interviewed in 10 minutes, via a simple form, for free.

Google Adwords has been our main success. We tried multiple acquisition channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn, but they weren’t as effective for us as Google Adwords.

What’s the best specific piece of advice you have for other entrepreneurs?

I would say always validate before building—that has been key to our success. Our platform is built upon our clients’ requests, and we always seek feedback before adding a new feature to it, which has helped us focus on what really matters.

What does your company’s trajectory look like over the next five years?

We expect to cover more countries and have more clients globally as well as to cover more industries with our technology and systems.
